Kevin D. Kelley, Sr. is the President and CEO of Environmental Health & Safety Solutions, Inc. (EHSS), located in Industry, Pennsylvania.  EHSS was founded in May of 2014 and is now providing customer specific safety consulting services nationwide.  Prior to EHSS, Kelley was Director of Environmental Health and Safety for a heavy industrial contractor specializing in coal, gas and nuclear power generation, steel, chemical, automotive and the oil and gas industries. He has over twenty years of experience providing EHS leadership, in both general industry and construction. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Geneva College and an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Business Management.  He is a certified PEC Master Instructor and an experienced OSHA Outreach Trainer for construction.

James A. Junkin has over twenty-five years of consulting and executive leadership experience. He has been a partner with the firm, Environmental, Health, & Safety Solutions, Inc., since 2014 and has provided various customer specific safety consulting services, for the construction industry. Highlighted among his accomplishments is his work performed during the 2010 BP Oil Spill/Deepwater Horizon disaster, producing over 5,000 trained responders.  Junkin is the past president of the Tuscaloosa County Board of Education, former president/CEO of Tri-Co Oil Company, Inc., President of Mariner-Gulf Consulting, recipient of the 2004 State of Alabama All State Schoolboard Member of the year award and is a 2019 nominee for Columbia-Southern University’s Safety Professional of the year. He is also an Eagle Scout and veteran of the U.S. Navy.
