Tim Hillegonds is the founder and chief strategist of Thrive Creative, an integrated creative agency built to help businesses flourish in every area, from content to marketing to design and more. In his role as chief strategist, he oversees the creation and implementation of various digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy and execution. He holds an undergraduate degree in entrepreneurial business development and a master’s degree in writing and publishing, both from DePaul University in Chicago.

Trevor Pease is COO of KHL Group in the Americas and president of KHL’s Worldwide sales operation. He has worked in the realm of international publishing and media for almost 30 years, starting with KHL in England in 1992. He moved to the United States in 2003 to manage the partnership between SC&RA and KHL and to develop business interests North America. In 2018 he managed the incorporation of Diesel & Gas Turbine publications under the KHL Americas umbrella. At KHL, Crouch also manages client digital campaigns, ensuring clients get the best possible results from their digital advertising. She has been a digital marketing specialist for over 10 years, focusing on SEO, paid search, social media and analytics.
