Jason Bell Bio

Jason Bell

Jason Bell joined SC&RA’s staff in 2013 and works as an integral contact for the Association’s membership of more than 1,350 Companies in 46 countries.  Jason’s daily focus is to connect with member and non-member companies, assisting them with navigating the benefits that SC&RA involvement provides.  Jason holds a B.A. in Business Management and Leadership and brings more than a decade of association membership experience from multiple trade and professional associations to SC&RA. 

Kevin Kwateng Bio


Kwateng joined Transport Bellemare International in 2013 as a junior engineer. Today, he is director of operations and oversees a team of 20, which vary from drivers and specialty operators to project managers and engineers. In his short career he has been able to lead his team and create significant change by venturing into more complex engineered transportation, increasing market presence as well as doubling revenue within three years. In 2018, Kwateng was invited to be part of the SC&RA Leadership Forum and was also featured in American Crane and Transport (ACT) Magazine’s “Four Under 40” highlighting young professionals in the industry. He received a degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada.

Larry Wainscott Bio


Larry Wainscott is
Managing Director at Global Executive Solutions Group. He leads the Crane & Rigging and Specialized Transportation practice (to include Truckload, Dedicated Contract Carriage, Flatbed, and Bulk) and brings over 15 years of recruiting and talent placement experience. He has held key positions in recruiting, personnel training and development, as well as talent and operational management for several high-profile government, and public and private organizations. Most recently, he developed and established a comprehensive recruiting platform for one of the world’s leading crane & rigging and specialty transport equipment organizations. Wainscott has been designated as an Executive Recruiter ‘Pacesetter’ which recognizes his standing among the top ten percent of over 2100 executive recruiters within the MRI global network.

Nathan Barnhart Bio


Barnhart has 28 years of experience with Barnhart Crane, four years professionally, working in a variety of capacities from heavy haul project management and project sales to his current role as a Crane and Project Sales Representative at Barnhart’s Portland, Oregon Branch. He spent time in each of those roles in order to have a better understanding of the heavy lift/heavy haul industries and to determine how Barnhart can better serve their customers. His goal is to build and grow a team around him in Portland that understands and reflects the value Barnhart can bring to its customers in a market with minimal name recognition.
