Marco Poisler Bio


Marco Poisler heads the Energy project team of UTC Overseas and is responsible for establishing strategic energy and oil and gas offices in Russia and CIS, Italy, Venezuela, Caspian and numerous industrial projects in Asia, & Africa, as well as Transport Engineering Teams in North America. Born and raised in New Jersey, Poisler attended the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and completed a master’s degree in transportation at the State University of New York’s Maritime College. He studied law at the University of São Paulo, Brazil, and is finishing his LLM with Lloyds Maritime Academy, London, U.K. In the last 20 years, he has worked with major international project forwarders, managing turnkey deliveries of heavy lift cargoes worldwide.  In North America, Marco Poisler is the Executive Sponsor and has developed UTC’s services in Transport Engineering, Rail Engineering, and Heavy Haul supporting Global OEMs targeting the North American market.  Having lived in Brazil, he is fluent in Portuguese, as well as Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Ukrainian.

Mike Udermann Bio


Mike Udermann is a 41 year industry veteran in the transportation, logistics and supply chain vertical with 35+ years in the flatbed, heavy-haul, specialized field.   Mike owned and operated a transportation & supply chain consulting company for 26 years, working with shippers, manufacturers & carriers on various projects during that time frame relating to specialized transportation.  He currently serves as Global Manager, Transportation & Logistics for Superior Industries, Inc. based out of Morris, MN directing all transportation & logistics activities for Superior.   Superior is one of the worlds largest manufacturers of crushing, screening, washing and conveying equipment for the aggregate, mining, bulk terminal, agriculture, power and biomass markets with global operations..   Superior operates from facilities in Minnesota, Arizona, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan and Nebraska, USA; Alberta and New Brunswick, Canada; and three locations in Brazil to serve South American markets and has a global workforce of over 1700 associates.
