Joanna Jungels Bio

Joanna Jungels small 

Joanna Jungels began her career with ATS in 2005 as a dispatcher with focus on driver retention safety, and revenue per mile. Soon after, she was promoted to oversee and enhance a growing OS/OW permit team that today orders more than 120,000 permits annually. Jungels and the ATS team created a system to retain and output rules and requirements for state and local entities. She has helped promote the importance of creating and maintaining resources for working with oversize freight. 

Darryl Foust Bio

Darryl Foust small 

Foust is the Director of Operations for the Permitting and Pilot Car line of business with Comdata. He currently possesses an MBA degree, Six Sigma certification and has over 20 years of experience in operational leadership. In his current role, he is responsible for the day-to-day fulfillment of customer permit and pilot car requests, while ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency are maintained. Prior to this role, Foust contributed to a number of different industries including travel and hospitality, healthcare and most recently assisting with the startup and relocation of the Lyft Inc. operations from San Francisco, CA to Nashville, TN.   

Louis Juneau Bio

Louis Juneau small 

Juneau started in the aviation industry as a flight dispatcher and then operations manager. Later he joined Nova Permits to lead its Pilot Car Division and eventually bought the company. In 2007, he started AXYS Permits in the United States to better serve and assist U.S. based carriers. He has served on the SC&RA Permit Policy Committee, the Transportation Group Governing Committee, the Pilot Car Task Force, and more recently, the Board of Directors.
